SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Most of our jewellery is ‘made to order’ so please allow us 14-21 working days, depending on complexity of the item, to create your unique handmade piece. We aim to dispatch items in stock within 48 hours after receipt of payment, excluding weekends, public or bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number and expected delivery time via email. If you require your items by a specific date or special delivery, please email us and we’re happy to help you out!

All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery which means that your items are insured and require a signature upon receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate. Should the courier or postal service not be able to complete the delivery of your parcel for any reason, it will be your responsibility to cover redelivery costs.

Please note that items purchased from outside the UK and European Union may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of goods, you will be responsible for any additional fees and charges. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact your local customs office prior to purchase. NIOMO is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local custom authorities.

We will do our best to send your purchased goods within the times indicated. However, these delivery times are an estimation and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

PACKAGING

Your jewellery will arrive in our NIOMO gift boxes. We use stiff and secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in a damaged state please get in touch with us so we can help.

RETURN POLICY

As our jewellery is handmade in London and ‘made to order’, we can only offer a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please inform us immediately via email.

In any case, we will be happy to exchange unwanted pieces, should you notify us within 7 working days after receipt of your order. To do so, please get in touch via email stating your name, address, order number and description of the item(s).

We will send you a Return Form via email with your unique Return Number (RN). Fill in the form and enclose it into the parcel. Please send all the items and the Return Form packed securely in their original packaging back to the return address provided.

Please note that unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unscratched, unworn and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse issuing credit notes or refunds for returned items that are not in a resalable condition.

We recommend that the return shipment is sent back to us using a Special Delivery Service. Please provide us with the tracking number and insure the parcel to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them. The return shipping cost of your Item(s) is at your own expense. If you have requested an exchange we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item(s). 

Important note: Earrings are excluded from returns and refunds for hygiene reasons.

If goods are returned in damaged or worn condition, NIOMO reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount credited to you.
