How can I place an order?

Browse our shop and select the products you wish to view by clicking into the item. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase and have selected the correct size and desired colour if relevant to your product, then simply click on ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’. If you would like to purchase more products, then follow the same easy step.
When you are finished and want to proceed with checkout click on “VIEW BASKET” where you will be shown an overview of your selected products.
If you are happy with your selection you can click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ where you will be asked for your details. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your jewellery order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are made through the website’s redirection to Stripe or PayPal. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and PayPal and credit cards supported by PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase an item from your shop?

You don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase from this site. You can simply check out and complete payment as a standard credit card transaction. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How will I know if my order has been placed?

After placing your order you will receive an automated confirmation email as the order is being processed.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier service so you can follow your parcel.

Do you accept cancellation on orders?

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your order please contact info@niomo.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we ship worldwide.
Please note that items purchased from outside the UK and European Union may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact your local customs office prior to purchase.

How long will my order take?

Most of our jewellery is ‘made to order’ so please allow us 14-21 working days, depending on complexity of the item, to create your unique handmade piece. We aim to dispatch items in stock within 48 hours after receipt of payment, excluding weekends, public or bank holidays.

Do I have to pay VAT?

All prices online include VAT.

Where are NIOMO pieces manufactured?

All of our pieces are designed and handmade with love in our studio in London, UK.

What is gold plating?

Gold Plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of gold onto the surface of another metal by chemical or electrochemical plating. Our jewellery is plated in 18kt yellow gold.

 

What is ruthenium plating?

Ruthenium Plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of ruthenium onto the surface of another metal by chemical or electrochemical plating. Black Ruthenium gives jewellery a jet-black or gun-metal grey look.

My plated items are wearing off, what can I do?

Some of the designs available are made from gold/rose gold/silver/ruthenium plated silver or bronze. Wear and tear can wear away the plating to leave more of the core material visible, giving each piece a unique touch.
Platings can be repeated for frequently worn items to return them to their original condition. If you wish to have an item replated, then please get in touch via email to info@niomo.co.uk to receive a quote.
